Return & Exchange Policy

At Eudora.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you experience any issue with your order, please review our policy below.


15-Day Return Policy (Store Credit Only)

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible returned items will be issued store credit in the form of a coupon code, which can be used on your next purchase at Eudora.pk.

We do not offer cash refunds.


Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and provide clear photo or video proof.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used beauty products

  • Skincare items

  • Personal care products

  • Any item that has been opened or used


Change of Mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer preference

  • Orders placed incorrectly

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless it qualifies under the return policy above.

  2. Share your order number and photo/video proof (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  4. Once approved, you will receive a store credit coupon code within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If the item was delivered damaged or incorrect, Eudora.pk will cover the return shipping cost.
